How the Alliance Mortgage Partner Portal Works
This guide explains everything for Richard Fain (Creator Partner) and Germaine McFarlane (Owner, Alliance Mortgage NMLS #2067037) — including how links track across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, how buyers claim their Free Home Appraisal, and how $1,000 per closed loan is credited.
1. Understanding the “Live Area” vs. “Demo Area” Switcher
At the top-right of the portal header, you will see two buttons: 🟢 Live Area and 🟡 Demo Area.

Open Germaine’s Admin View
At the top of partners.alliancemortgage.net, click Germaine’s Admin View.
Here you see every active influencer partner, their total clicks and applications, and the master Incoming Buyer Applications table with each borrower’s name, phone number, email, state, loan type, and estimated loan amount.
Update the Buyer’s Loan Status
Next to each buyer in your table is a 5-stage Status Dropdown:
- 1. Form Filled (New Lead)
- 2. Loan Officer Called
- 3. Pre-Approved
- 4. In Processing
- 5. Loan Closed (+$1,000)
Whenever you change a buyer’s status, Richard Fain’s dashboard updates automatically in real time!
Onboard Additional Influencers
Want to add another YouTuber, Instagram creator, TikToker, or real estate partner?
Click + Add Another Influencer in Germaine’s Admin View, type their name and handle, and the portal automatically creates their custom tracking link (/r/their-name) and partner dashboard!
